Domestic India: 50% advance, 50% before dispatch
Export: 100% advance TT before shipment, or LC at sight
Established dealers: 30-day credit after 3 months of regular business (subject to credit assessment)

EXW — Ex-Works, our factory Nashik (buyer arranges all freight)
FOB — Free on Board, JNPT (Nhava Sheva, Mumbai) or Mundra Port
CIF — Cost, Insurance & Freight to your destination port
CFR — Cost & Freight (no insurance)
DAP — Delivered at Place (by arrangement for large volumes)
FOB and CIF are the most commonly used by our export customers.
What is the lead time for export orders? ▼
Stock items (NPK, common micronutrients): Ready stock — 7–10 working days from order confirmation + payment
Custom formulations / private label: 15–21 working days
Large container loads (1 MT+): 10–14 working days after confirmation
Shipping transit times vary: India to Kenya ~18–22 days, India to UAE ~8–10 days, India to Nigeria ~25–30 days.

• Certificate of Analysis (COA) — with heavy metal testing (Pb, Cd, Hg, As)
• GHS-compliant Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS / SDS) — 16-section format
• Technical Data Sheet (TDS) — composition, dosage, application guide

Export shipments also include:

For batch-specific COA (with actual test results for a specific lot), request via WhatsApp or email after placing an order.
All documents are in English. Arabic, French translations available on request for export customers.
Are your products safe for organic farming? ▼
Some of our products are suitable for organic farming — specifically biostimulants (seaweed extract, amino acids), biofertilizers, and mineral-derived micronutrients.
For organic certification (PGS-India, NPOP, NOP), the specific product must be verified against your certifier's approved input list. We can provide full ingredient disclosures and heavy metal test results for evaluation.

Water Soluble Fertilizers: 2 years from manufacture date in original sealed packaging
EDTA Chelated Micronutrients: 2 years
Biostimulants (Seaweed, Amino Acid): 18–24 months
Pesticides: 2 years (as per label)
Storage: cool dry place, away from direct sunlight. Temperature: 5°C–35°C. All products labelled with manufacturing date and best-before date.
