2. Product Information

All product specifications, compositions and analytical values are provided in good faith based on standard manufacturing processes. Actual batch specifications are provided in the Certificate of Analysis (COA) supplied with each shipment. We reserve the right to modify formulations without prior notice, subject to maintaining compliance with applicable regulations.

3. Quotations and Orders

• All quotations are valid for 30 days from date of issue unless stated otherwise
• Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of written purchase order and advance payment as agreed
• Minimum order quantities apply per product and are stated in individual quotations
• Prices are subject to change due to raw material cost fluctuations without notice

4. Payment Terms

• Domestic: 50% advance, 50% before dispatch unless credit terms agreed
• Export: 100% advance TT or LC at sight (terms as per individual export contract)
• GST applicable on all domestic supplies as per current GST rates

5. Delivery and Risk

Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery to the transporter (Ex-works Nashik) unless FOB/CIF terms are agreed in writing. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events including but not limited to floods, strikes, pandemic conditions, or government restrictions.

6. Returns and Complaints

Product complaints must be raised within 14 days of receipt with supporting COA, samples, and photographs. Replacement or credit will be issued after investigation. Returns are not accepted without prior written approval.

7. Export Compliance

Buyer is responsible for obtaining all import permits, registration numbers, and regulatory approvals in the destination country. We provide all standard export documentation but cannot guarantee import clearance.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the specific batch in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages including crop losses.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Nashik, Maharashtra.
