Product Description

Zinc Sulphate Monohydrate (ZnSO₄·H₂O) containing 33% zinc is the most widely used zinc fertilizer in India and is the backbone of micronutrient correction programs across all major crop-growing states. It is FCO-compliant and available in agricultural, technical and food grades.

Zinc Sulphate Monohydrate is the preferred grade over heptahydrate (21% Zn) for drip fertigation due to its higher zinc content per unit weight and better flowability. It is used for direct soil application, foliar spray, drip fertigation and as the raw material for manufacturing zinc EDTA chelate.

The sulphate component (16% S) provides additional sulphur nutrition — increasingly important as sulphur deficiency becomes widespread in Indian soils following the reduction in S-containing fertilizer use and increased crop removal rates.
