SIGNORE’S Cartap Hydrochloride 50% SP insecticide is an insecticide of Nereistoxin analogue group, which gives effective control of insects through its contact, systemic and stomach action. It controls all stages of insect e.g. eggs, larvae and adults. It has the ability to control biting, chewing and sucking type of insects. It is compatible with other commonly used insecticides and fungicides.

Recommendations:
It is recommended to control stem borer and leaf folder on rice crop.
Precautions:
- Keep away from foodstuffs, empty foodstuff containers and animals food.
- Avoid contact with mouth, eyes and skin.
- Avoid inhalation the spray mist. Spray in the direction of wind.
- Wash thoroughly the contaminated clothes and parts of the body after spraying.
- Do not smoke, drink, eat and chew anything while spraying.
- Wear full protective clothing while mixing and spraying.
Antidote:
- An intravenous injection of 100-200 mg of cysteine or an intramuscular injection of 20-60 mg of BAL (dimercap rol or 2.3 dimercaptoproponal ) are recommended. Apply steroids against dermatitis.
